A Dedicated North Carolina Personal Injury Lawyer

Committed Advocacy for Justice and Fair Compensation

Rebecca brings passion for justice and a deep commitment to helping clients achieve fair and just compensation following accidents or traumatic experiences. With a focus on client care, she understands the emotional and physical toll of trauma and loss. Rebecca combines her empathetic approach with over a decade of legal experience to relentlessly advocate for her clients, aiming to secure the best possible outcomes in personal injury cases. Legal advocacy is in her blood; in addition to her own practice of the law, she grew up around experienced and respected trial lawyers, her grandfather and her father. From an early age, Rebecca was in the courtroom helping to understand and select juries, observing trials and legal proceedings, giving her a unique understanding and perspective of the legal process.

Experienced Litigator in Diverse Personal Injury Cases

Rebecca’s experience as a civil litigator in personal injury law spans a wide range of claim types, each requiring a tailored approach:

Drunk Driving Accident Cases: In 2020, drunk driving caused almost 25% of all fatal car accidents in North Carolina. Recognizing the significant impact of drunk driving incidents, Rebecca assists victims and their families in seeking justice and compensation from all liable parties.

Wrongful Death Representation: In the most tragic of cases, Rebecca provides compassionate legal support to families who have lost loved ones due to various causes, from car accidents to medical malpractice.

Advocating for pedestrians and cyclists injured in traffic accidents, Rebecca helps clients claim damages from multiple responsible parties.
